Hardiandika Pranotosetyo

Hardiandika Pranotosetyo has served as the Acting Director of Human Capital of PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi since April 2026. He is a human capital and organizational transformation professional with extensive experience in human resource management, organizational change, and corporate culture development. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering from Budi Luhur University. Throughout his career, he has held a number of strategic positions within PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia, including Vice President of Human Capital Strategy, Vice President of the Corporate Transformation Group, Deputy General Manager of Human Capital Solution & Business Support at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, and Deputy Regional Human Capital Solution & Business Support for Regional 3. His areas of expertise include human capital management, organizational transformation, change management, organizational development, and corporate culture enhancement. He has also participated in various executive development programs covering leadership, risk management, and corporate governance, and has served as a speaker at several national forums on change management and corporate culture. Drawing on this experience, he plays an important role in developing an adaptive, professional, and competitive workforce while strengthening organizational transformation to support the sustainable growth of PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi.
