KV Satyanarayana

KV Satyanarayana serves as Commissioner of PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi. He currently also serves as President Director of PT GMR Infrastructure Indonesia, a position he has held since 2021, leading the company's business operations and corporate strategy in Indonesia. He is a senior executive with more than 30 years of professional experience spanning banking, finance, infrastructure, coal mining, government relations, and business development across India and Indonesia. Throughout his career, he has built a strong track record in business development, leading large-scale projects, developing mining operations, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving sustainable business growth. Prior to his current role, he held several strategic leadership positions within GMR Group, including Chief Project Officer of Golden Energy Mines (a Sinarmas–GMR Group joint venture) from 2019 to 2021, Director of PT Barasentosa Lestari from 2016 to 2019, and Associate Vice President (Indonesia), where he led the development and operation of coal mining projects in South Sumatra between 2009 and 2016. Earlier in his career, he served as General Manager at Delhi International Airport Limited (GMR Group) from 2006 to 2009, overseeing corporate and government relations. He previously spent nearly two decades with ING Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank), holding a number of leadership positions, including Head of the Consumer Finance Division for the Hyderabad Region. He holds a Master of Science in Geology and the CAIIB (Part I) professional qualification from the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance. Drawing upon his extensive cross-industry and international experience, he contributes valuable strategic insight to strengthen corporate governance, business development, and the long-term growth of PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi.
