Riyanto Hendro Cahyono

Riyanto Hendro Cahyono has served as the Acting Commissioner of PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi since October 2025. He has more than two decades of professional experience in aviation, logistics, cargo operations, and airport management. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the School of Business and Management, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), in 2007, after completing his Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Diponegoro University in 1999. He began his professional career as a Junior Trader at Bank Niaga in 1999 before joining PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) in 2000. Throughout more than twenty years with the company, he held numerous strategic positions across Finance, Accounting and Tax, Subsidiaries Management, Cargo Operations, Airport Management, and Executive Leadership, including Subsidiaries Manager, Cargo General Manager, Director of Operation, Director of Operation & Commercial of PT Angkasa Pura Kargo, Deputy General Manager of Kualanamu International Airport, and Expert Academy at PT Angkasa Pura II. During his career, he successfully led a number of major strategic initiatives, including the implementation of the Regulated Agent Business at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the relocation of cargo terminal operations from Polonia Airport to Kualanamu International Airport, the introduction of New Cargo Charges that significantly improved company revenue, and the implementation of Cargo Security programs that contributed to an **Excellent** rating in the ICAO Security Audit for the 2015–2016 period. He is also actively involved in the international aviation community as a Fellow Member of the International Airport Professional (IAP) through the Airport Management Professional Accreditation Programme (AMPAP), and previously served as General Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Soekarno-Hatta Trade Facilitation Committee (STFC). As Acting Commissioner of PT Angkasa Pura Aviasi, he oversees the implementation of good corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and the company's strategic direction in supporting the continued development of Kualanamu International Airport as a world-class aviation hub.
