Kualanamu International Airport provides wheelchair facilities for passengers who require mobility assistance while travelling through the terminal. Assistance is available through airport facilities as well as airline-assisted services depending on your travel needs.

Wheelchairs are available at the Information Counters in the departure and arrival areas.

Wheelchair use within the terminal is provided free of charge.

Passengers requiring assistance to or from the aircraft are encouraged to request the service through their airline when booking their ticket or in accordance with the airline's policy.
