Complete All Indonesia Before Arrival
All Indonesia can be completed from 3 days before your scheduled arrival in Indonesia. It is available to Indonesian citizens and foreign visitors free of charge.

Customs Process
Complete All Indonesia
Open the official All Indonesia website, select Indonesian Citizen or Foreign Visitor, and enter your personal and travel details. The form can be completed from 3 days before arrival.
Complete the Declarations
Provide accurate Immigration, Customs, Health, and Quarantine information, including any goods that must be declared.
Save Your QR Code
After submitting the form, save the issued QR Code. You may be asked to show it or have it scanned by an officer during the arrival process.
Proceed Through Customs
After collecting your baggage, follow the signs to Customs. Officers may ask for further information or inspect your belongings when necessary.

Customs Declaration
The Customs Declaration remains part of the international arrival requirements, but it is now completed through All Indonesia. Declare dutiable goods, reportable amounts of cash, restricted goods, and devices requiring IMEI registration.

Duty-Free Allowances
Per passenger per trip (PMK 34/2025, effective June 6, 2025).
Goods Value
Up to USD 500 per passenger — exempt from import duty, VAT, and income tax on imports.

Cigarettes & Tobacco
200 cigarettes, or 25 cigars, or 100g of pipe tobacco per adult passenger.
Alcoholic Beverages
Maximum 1 liter per adult passenger (21+). Excess is immediately destroyed by officers.
Phone & Electronics
IMEI registration required for phones, handheld computers, and tablets purchased abroad.

Prohibited Items
Violations of Customs regulations may result in criminal sanctions under the Customs Law No. 17/2006. Prohibited items found will be immediately confiscated and destroyed.

Tips
Complete All Indonesia from 3 days before arrival for a smoother airport process.
Keep the All Indonesia QR Code on your phone or retain a copy so it is easy to present.
Keep receipts for goods purchased abroad.
Excess goods cannot be partially declared — they are immediately destroyed by officers.
Hajj pilgrims have a special duty-free limit of USD 2,500 per person.
Phone IMEI registration can be done on-the-spot at the airport Customs counter.
