How to Report Lost Items
Report Immediately to Staff
As soon as you realize something is missing, contact an on-duty Security/AVSEC officer or Customer Service staff member in the terminal.
Fill in the Report Form
Staff will ask you to fill in a loss report form. Prepare: item description, color, brand, flight number, and contact information.
Wait for Confirmation
The relevant team will follow up on your report. Confirmation will be sent via phone or email if the item is found.
There is no dedicated Lost & Found counter. For assistance, contact an on-duty Security/AVSEC officer or Customer Service staff member in the terminal.

Where Did You Lose It?
Left on the Aircraft
Items left inside the aircraft cabin are the responsibility of the airline. Contact your airline counter directly in the terminal.

For items left in the terminal, lounge, restroom, or public airport areas, contact an on-duty Security/AVSEC officer or Customer Service staff member.

For loss of important documents such as a passport or ID card, immediately contact the airport police (Polsek Bandara) or immigration officers.
Prevention Tips
Photograph valuables before departing — helps with descriptions when reporting.
Keep your baggage receipt until you reach your final destination.
Write your name and phone number inside your luggage for easier identification.
Report as soon as possible — the sooner you report, the higher the chance of recovery.
For important documents (passport, ID), immediately contact immigration officers or airport police.
